Oh the Consumption
I go through long periods of time were I don't go to the movies... and then within a short time, I see a bunch of movies.
Cocoon: An older movie from the 80's... that I just never saw the whole thing. Overall a pretty good film. Won't be watching it again and again, but I would suggest it.
Wall-E: An amazing movie! Took on a lot of social issues... in a bold way. The lead character has nearly no lines, so the movie has very little dialog... and all very well done. Huge thumbs up to this move.
Indiana Jones: This movie received quite a bashing from some of my friends, so I was not expecting much. It was better than Temple of Doom, so I place it at third in Indie movies. It was entertaining and fit with the series.
Wanted: A whole lot of slow-motion and fight scenes. Not for kids... but great for someone that loves over-the-top action movies. For its genre, it was a good movie. The plot was a bit shallow, but it tried to "motivating"... I think some slacker will get it.
