Meetings
I was in meetings for about 5 hours today. For most people that would be half their work day and most of their sanity... for me, it was just part of a 14 hour work day. One things that I have discovered as a small business is that meetings just add to the length of your day. 6–8 hours of actual work must get done. This leaves a maximum of 2 hours open for meetings and non-project related tasks. Anything beyond this starts to extend the work day.
The only worse than meetings is Windows Updates gone wrong.
