Tackling the List
Clearly, I need to re-read Getting Things Done. I'm feeling quite stressed and not happy with my productivity level; neither of which feel particularly wonderful. Basecamp was helping... and continues to help with work projects... but it is unable to tackle my personal and side projects. I've considered setting up a second account, but that would run me $100 per month. At that rate, I will just suffer with ink and paper.
My project list has grown to over 65 items since I first made the list last week. As I suspected, the list will continue to grow at a rapid rate... a rate that I will not be able to keep up with. So the new issue that I need to decide on is... what order to hit the list in. I don't want to have 30 projects started, but never finish. I need to find a balance of tackling short projects mixed with big projects. Saving the big projects to last will just be too overwhelming.
I plan on doing a lot of market testing as described in The 4-Hour Work Week. The concept is primarily to reduce cost, but it seems like an effective way to reduce time as well. Money doesn't grow on trees around here, but there is a lot more money than time available.
Outsourcing. It is something that I will need to start doing... and doing a lot. Again... I have no time, so this seems like the best option. We shall see if I can "let go" enough to make it happen. I have my doubts.

You are a bottle necker. Empower people to make the right decisions for you. It's easier that way.
It's hard to let go of your projects and outsource them, I know from recent experience that keeping yourself from stepping on the toes of the developer(s) you hire can be tough sometimes. You find out though that working at a higher level actually becomes an exciting experience :)
