Name Mapping
Just read an article on 43 Folders about name maps, which is something that I have been doing for years. It is the easiest way to remember name in a meeting. This also works very well with phone conferences — create an "us" and "them" list of names. One tip that I would add, be sure to mark the names of everyone you know as well.
