Bad Fruit
Apple giveth; Apple taketh.
I did not make it to the next round at Apple. Honestly, it was a great honor just to get noticed by such a giant. My first thought when I received the message was, "this must be spam" — my second thought was how great an opportunity it was; however, I wished it would have hit me a few years ago. For those that don't know, I started my own design firm last year as my full-time gig — which has been going great. I was more burdened by the conflict than I was joyful of the offer from Apple. While it would have been highly interesting, I am content with the way things have turned out.
