Time Off

I am going to be really busy for the rest of the year, so I am not going to be blogging again until the new year is here.

Personally, I think there is nothing worse than a dead blog. This blog is not dead; it is just on vacation until 2004.

The Block

Tonight we took Mel, the new sales guy, to Ong's favorite Italian restuarant.

Relaxing

Ong made Tacos tonight, and we relaxed the night away. I felt a little lazy, but it felt good to get some rest.

Welcome, Canada

Our new sales person is coming into the office for a few days from Canada. He might be moving here, so we have to show him a good time.

Uncle Merc

My cousin has had the cutest child ever born, Jenna Elizabeth. The baby has even sent out her first e-mail:

Hello, everybody. I'm here. I was born on December 5, 2003 at 8:49pm. My weight was 7lbs 12ounces; and I was 20.5 inches long.

Clear Monday

It has been foggy for the last week or so. It is a nice change to have clear skies. Make me wanna go to the beach... but that desire might have to wait for the weekend. I hope the weather stays nice.

Aftermath

With the new space in the office, came new storage. We now have a eight foot by 7 foot by 17 inch cabinet where there was once a bunk bed. I think we finally have enough room to put all of our stuff out of sight. I could not be happier... or at least, not much happier.

Neyland

I saw a wheelchair at Disneyland today that had some missing letters. Cracked me up.

Disneyland was way too busy today. We only got to go on one ride with Ong's padres. We all have annual passes, so no real harm done. I am just glad that we did not pay to go... it would have been depressing.

Disassembly

Taking apart furniture and putting it back together is kinda fun, but not when it takes 4 hours to do it.

Ong and I have been wanting to get rid of the extra bed for quite some time. We finally found a home for it. It makes it worth the effort to have the extra space.

For all of you who usually sleep on it when you come, we have a nice inflatable mattress for you.

Bye Bye, Australia

Dropped my boss and his girlfriend off at the airport tonight. They have a 14 hour flight back to Australia ahead of them. They will be about halfway through the flight when I get up for work in the morning... and be home buy the time I get off of work. That is a long flight.

Australia 1, USA 1

We played Canasta last night. Australia against the United States. The first game was not to pretty for the US. Australia had double the US's score at the end of the game. In the second game, the US made a decent win... two thousand points ahead of Australia.

When will the tie-breaker be played? Which country rules the Canasta world? It is looking like 2004 before we will know. Stay tuned for more exciting Canasta action.

Lo-Fi King

A phrase to think by. Sounds swanky, but what does it mean?

Friends

Saw our little group of friends last night. It was good. I have not seen them in about a month. I have been that busy. It could have been worse... I was supposed to be in Dallas this week, but that got cancelled.

Post Holiday

Mondays after a holiday are always slow. No one feel s like doing anything and nothing really gets down. It takes a great amount of effort to even do the smallest task.

Either Redbull should be supplied for these Mondays, or we should be given the day off.
