My wedding day is here. It appears that everything is just about ready... and I am so very happy. Huge thanks to everyone.
I shall be returning to the web right after the honeymoon... which is a large change in plans. And that is the quick update.
Sorry to all for the projects that I was unable to complete... I will be catching up when I get back.
Miles add up quick. I have only had my car for a year... and I am racking up the miles. Odd that this made me notice how everything in life adds up quickly... but it is true. Bills seems to stack up the fastest... then again... where have the years gone? I was thirteen yesterday and twenty-three today.
Keep your eyes wide open.
I am packing and moving and getting ready... both in a physical and digital fashion. While I am packing boxes, I am backing up files and websites... trying to finish up all open projects. I am predicting that it will take about a month to get unpacked... and maybe two months until I return to the internet. Getting married is something that I have always seen myself doing; and desiring to cut my life-line to the internet is not. I just do not know how much I really care about this place that doesn't exist... with my life starting in just twenty days, I have decided to pack up my digital life and put it on a shelf for a while. My time is going to be much better spend enjoying and discovering my new life.
I gave a good amount of thought to the internet and computers this morning. I thought over all the benefits, the enjoyment, and the needs filled. I think it all grand and promote it endlessly. However, I noticed that it robs too much time from my life... and has been doing such for some time. I just need some time to sit away from the glow of the monitor and enjoy the sunlight.
I am not saying good-bye now nor saying that I shall never return. I will be turning the power off; I will be focusing on the beautiful things of real-life... and yes, I am smiling.
