Drain-o: The shower here in the apartment has gotten a wee-bit sluggish... so I am waiting for the Drain-o to do its job before I shower this morning. I just hope that it works.
I really want coffee this morning. I am doubting that my stomach could handle it though. My health is returning... and I am so very glad. I honestly thought I was going to die on Saturday night. It was so bad... anyway... I am back to eating 'normal food'... just smaller amounts... and I am happy just to be eating.

Mornings are not fun. It feels like the flu is back for the first half hour. I am sure that going to bed earlier would have been helpful to my health. I just have so much to do... and I am not moving that fast, so it takes a while.

Still not feeling so hot. It is a shame that when you are well enough to get up... you have a lot to do.
Recovery is not going as quickly as I would like... I ate 'normal food' for lunch and dinner, but it was not enough to feed a child. I am not feeling so hot right now. I hope to feel better as the day goes on.

It is a beautiful day. Birds chirping, light breeze, sounds of construction, and spinning hard drives. I love Orange County.
Inspite of all the things that I should be doing today, I think I am going to try to sneak out with my camera. The light is just too good not to be taking some photographs.

I am close enough to being caught up to make me happy. Nothing else urgent for the evening. Several projects on the list for the weekend, however.
Today was oddly warm in Orange County. Feels just like we skipped Spring and went straight into the middle of Summer. Felt pretty good to sit in the grass and eat ice cream. Definitely was not something that I would have been doing three days before... unless, I wanted to being sitting in the rain... and freeze to death.
Right now, we have most the windows open in the house; there is a cool breeze snaking through. Feels fantastic.
I am dying to curl up in bed... listen to the traffic until I fall asleep... and wake up to Friday. The week goes by quickly when you only work three days... too bad not all weeks are not such.
Yawn.
Finally made it through my e-mail. Time for a little catching up from vacation.
Good news: I got my web server working... I could not be happier. It has taken a good two weeks of trying things to get it working properly.

I am back... from a wonderful vacation. I feel relaxed, rested. and ready. Time to get back to work.

How sad is it that I could not remember if I posted a blog this morning? Do I need more coffee or more sleep? I am going to be guessing... both.
The weather around Orange County has been insane. So very windy, but a warm wind. Thanks to this lovely wind, there has been quite a few wild fires... kinda scary in such a crowded place.
Yawn. I am still a little on the sleepy side... I think it is time for a long, long shower.

I am sitting fairly well (still behind, but that is normal) now. The urgent projects have been nearly completed... enough to where they are out of my hands for the moment.
